Our Returns Policy for Made to Measure Products Only
Please read the following carefully...
Products are all made to order so can only be returned if faulty, or not made to the specification given. If you wish to arrange for the goods to be returned, please call us on 0121 427 4321 or email ctexhar@btconnect.com.
If the products are considered faulty by CFB we will at our discretion either rectify the problem or offer a full refund and you will incur no return postage cost. If the returned goods are found not to be faulty a fee for carriage will be charged at £10.00 per order (to include collect and re-delivery). The goods will then be returned to you with no credit been made to your account or refund given.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it in its original condition and with original packaging within 7 days of you receiving your order.
We are unable to accept curtains back if the strings have been pulled in any way or if they have been hung. If goods are damaged then please email or phone us and we will endeavour to sort the problem out for you.
Please email ctexhar@btconnect.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return. We aim to contact you within 24-48 hours of us receiving your email.
When returning the item(s) can you please include your order number and
a brief note explaining the reason for return.
Once we have received your return we will either issue a full refund for
the price you paid for the item(s) or in the case of damaged goods offer
a replacement or repair. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment
originally used within 30 days of us receiving your return.

is a trading name of Clifton Textiles Ltd and is a website operated by
Clifton Textiles Ltd. Your contract is with Clifton Textiles Ltd (we,
us, our).
We are registered in England and Wales under company number 3690493. Our
trading address is: Clifton Textiles Ltd, Unit 18, Fazeley Street Industrial
Estate, Birmingham, B5 5RS. Our VAT Registration Number is GB 109639455.
This is not a store premisis.
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all products (Products) supplied
online by Curtainfabricsblinds.co.uk.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
About you
By placing an order through our site, you confirm that you are at least
18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and
that you fully understand and agree all of these terms and conditions
insofar as they relate to you. You must bear the risks associated with
use of the Internet.
In placing an order with us, it will be necessary for you to submit personal
information. We take your privacy very seriously and will treat all of
your personal information in accordance with UK data protection law.

and us
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging
that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance
by us.
We will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms
that the order has been accepted by us and that the order is being processed
(Process Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be
formed when we send you the Process Confirmation. We will send you a further
email when the Products are dispatched.
Where you have placed an order for more than one Product, the Contract
will relate only to those Products whose process we have confirmed in
the Process Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products
which may have been part of your order until we have issued you with separate
Process
Confirmations
How can I cancel an order
Our Products are made to your specifications and once you have received
a Process Confirmation from us, you will be unable to cancel the order.
However, if you change your mind before receiving a Process Confirmation,
please contact us by telephone on 0121 427 4321 or email at ctexhar@btconnect.com
to cancel the order. Please note that we will usually issue a Process
Confirmation within 24 hours of the receipt of your order. We will refund
any sums paid as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of receiving
your cancellation..
Delivery
We will only deliver Products in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland (including both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Prices for Products shown on the website exclude delivery charges. Our delivery charge is currently £8.95 per standard order, however this may vary.
We will advise you of any delivery charges before you place your order
at the checkout. Premium delivery may also be available depending on your
location (details can be found at checkout).
After you have received the Process Confirmation, we will make all reasonable
efforts to dispatch Products within 7-28 working days of the Process Confirmation.
We will let you know as soon as practicable if we cannot deliver the Products
within 7-28 working days of the Process Confirmation. If for any reason
we cannot deliver the Products to you within 30 days then, if you require,
we will reimburse you any money you have paid. We will make any reimbursement
as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of you cancelling your
order.
It may occur that an event outside our reasonable control prevents or
delays us from processing your order, manufacturing the Products, delivering
the Products or performing other obligations under this Contract. If this
is the case, we will notify you as soon as practicable. While this event
subsists, we will not be liable to perform our obligations under this
Contract.
Price and offers
The price you pay is the price displayed on our site at the time the
order is placed except in cases of obvious error. While we take every
effort to ensure our prices are accurate errors may occur. We will verify
prices when processing your order and if an error has occurred in our
prices then we will let you know as soon as practicable after you have
placed the order and let you decide if you wish to continue with the order.
We may change our prices at any time but this will not affect any order
that you have already placed with us.
Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card in UK pounds
sterling.
All our prices include VAT.
All offer order codes remain our property, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
Products
We will make the Products to within 1cm of the specifications submitted
by you. Any Product purchased from us through our site shall
be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for
which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
All our products are sold on the basis that they are for domestic use
only.
As computer monitors vary greatly in colour and shade representation,
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT A FABRIC SAMPLE IS ORDERED TO ENSURE THE COLOUR
AND TEXTURE ARE TO YOUR LIKING. We cannot accept returns for colour
varation where a sample has not been ordered. Please also check
your measurement using our measuring guides to ensure that the correct
sizes are ordered.
Your rights if you are dissatisfied with the Products
Products are all made to order. We will not be able to accept returns
of the Products unless the Product is defective.
Please follow the guidelines on care of the Products. IT IS IMPORTANT
THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE UNPACKED WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. Failure to unpack
the Products may lead to creasing, such creasing will not be considered
a defect.
Check the Products as soon as possible after you receive them. If you
think that a Product that we supplied is defective then please contact
us by telephone on 0121 427 4321 or email at ctexhar@btconnect.com and
we will arrange for the Product to be collected from you.
We shall inspect the Products and if we agree with you that the Product is defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the Product, or repair or replace the Product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take). We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. If returned goods are not faulty carriage will be charged at £10.00 per order.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Complaints
If you have any complaint about our service, we will aim to deal with it speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Written communications

Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of its obligations
under the Contract or any of these terms, or if either party fails or
delays to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which it is entitled
under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights
or remedies and shall not relieve the other party from compliance with
such obligations. A waiver of a breach of this Contract shall not constitute
a waiver of any subsequent breach.
2. If any of these terms or any provisions of a Contract are determined
by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable
to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be
severed. The remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue
to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. These terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent
the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any
Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement
between us, whether oral or in writing.
4. You will be subject to the policies and terms in force at the time
that you place an order for Products from us. We reserve the right to
revise and amend these terms from time to time.
5. Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed
by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts
shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
and Wales.
